Rusty James, Managing Director & CEO
Rusty James is a technology executive with a 20-year track record of building and leading sales and marketing teams. He is an experienced leader in both strategy and execution, with a results-oriented approach to success. Prior to founding Immediate, James was Vice President Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Daybreak ICS, a software provider specializing in document capture and delivery technologies. He created and launched the company's global enterprise and channel sales strategy and was responsible for all facets of marketing strategy, branding, and thought leadership. While at Visioneer, a prominent manufacturer of scanners worldwide, James recruited over 1000 partners as Vice President North American Channel Sales and also directed the U.S. National Sales Channel for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, nearly tripling sales revenues over a five year period. James holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University.
Bill Stark, Principle Consultant
Bill Stark has been providing sales coaching and sales development services to small and mid-sized companies in a variety of industries since 2004. He has over 20 years of technology marketing and sales experience, mainly in retail, channel sales and wireless markets. For almost 10 years Bill served in senior leadership roles at AT&T Wireless, Verizon and BellSouth's MobileComm Paging. At BellSouth's MobileComm, Bill lead a team of over 200 people to grow revenues over 100% in an 18 month period. In late 1999, Bill began his entrepreneurial journey as a co-founder of Atlanta-based Mindseek, a web-based multi-media platform for corporate communications and training. Bill then helped Broadlink grow its wireless broadband services sales via partner Earthlink. He then co-founded Excelsio Communications, a wireless consulting and engineering firm to municipalities and telco providers.
